Skill Development Initiatives for Sustainable Livelihood

During FY2026, ICICI Securities undertook various CSR activities in skilling and livelihood enhancement, by collaborating with below listed institutions, through ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. Through these initiatives, the Company supported the institutions, to create sustainable capacity to undertake/scale their skill development efforts, thereby creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.

  • Sikh Light Infantry Regimental Centre - Fatehgarh, Uttar Pradesh - Support establishment of multi skill technician lab
  • Jat Regimental Centre - Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh - Support establishment of multi skill technician lab

About I­C­I­C­I Foundation



The I­C­I­C­I Foundation was set up in 2008 to further strengthen the Group's legacy of promoting inclusive growth. I­C­I­C­I Foundation focuses on high impact projects that are sustainable. At I­C­I­C­I, we believe that inclusive growth is the key to a sustainable future.

I­C­I­C­I Foundation, our philanthropic arm, since its inception, has positively impacted 1.89 crore lives through various initiatives in more than 250 districts across 36 states and union territories.

As of March 2025, we have:

  • Supported 91 lakh individuals, including tribal women, to earn a sustain-able livelihood
  • Brought clean water to 15 lakh children in 9,690 schools
  • Committed to donate ₹1,800 crore to build three cancer care centres

Every life changed, inspires us to do more. The better we do as Team I­C­I­C­I, the more we can give to the society.
