Mridul brings with him over two decades of valuable experience in investment banking which includes Macquarie Capital Advisers in India where he was a senior member of the investment banking team. Before Macquarie, Mridul was a Director at NM Rothschild & Sons India, heading the structured finance practice, and prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer for Syndication at IL&FS Investsmart.

His last assignment was Director - OPC Asset Solutions, a company into operating leases of assets and equipment.

Mridul is a BE in Computer Science from MS University, Baroda and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
