To spearhead a culture of financial planning and sales processes across our region we are looking to appoint dynamic individuals as Regional Product Managers - Automated Financial Planning System (AFPS) & Sales Process. Details of position are as follows:

Job Title: Regional Product Manager -Automated Financial Planning System (AFPS) & Sales Process. Location: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkatta, Delhi, Lucknow , Jaipur , Chandigarh
Grade: MI / MII Grade Title: Manager / Sr. Manager
Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate/MBA
  • Atleast an Associate Financial Planner. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would be preferred
  • 3 – 8 years of experience in the financial services industry in a client facing role
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Interface between the product team and the customer at a regional level
  • Promote the AFPS at regions, train Relationship Managers on effective use of AFPS, translate AFPS output into a sale, monitor and review regional customer portfolios and report progress to Head Office
  • The role will demand a good domain understanding of personal financial planning, a grasp of processes since they need to understand how AFPS fits into the Sales Relationship Management system and the product knowledge to pigeon-hole products to specific needs
  • Ability to strike a balance between business compulsions and customer focus
  • Monitor & drive the entire Sales Process for their respective regions
